Rerouting of existing pipe work required due to kitchen refit.

"Excellent work undertaken by Ryan(Plumbing) and Peter(Joinery)
Recent kitchen refit presented plumbing problems that were resolved by Ryan.

The work was done promptly and efficiently, and work area left in pristine condition on completion.

Ryan has undertaken several plumbing tasks for me in recent years and every job has been completed to the highest standard.
Additionally he has previously fitted a new Combi boiler and carried out annual services which have all been done efficiently and at very reasonable cost.

Ryan is fastidious in his work and I would highly recommend him for any plumbing and gas boiler fitting requirements."

I needed an old shower cabin dismantled and removed to make room for a new shower cabin, which I had already purchased to be built and installed.

The toilet cistern was constantly leaking into the bowl. I wasn''t sure why. I messaged them on a Saturday morning and even though it wasn''t urgent they were able to squeeze me in.

"They came out and diagnosed a seal had warped which meant it was constantly leaking. Replaced it and were gone in 20 minutes!

Over the past several years, Aquamac installed a toilet and a kitchen sink, replaced a faulty kitchen water hose on an emergency basis and repaired the main water valve in the boiler room.

"All the work performed was of excellent quality and was reasonably priced. All rubbish was removed and the areas cleaned. The team was courteous and professional. They also did not play the “cash only” scam. The most recent work was the kitchen sink and the total labor cost was £310.00. I highly recommend Ryan and the Aquamac team.

I would recommend just one possible small improvement. When my kitchen sink was replaced, some wood grinding work by a joiner was required. It was done on the day at short notice and was very professional. However, the joiner invoiced me directly. I think it might be better to have any “sub-contractors” invoice Aquamac directly and then have Aquamac as “general contractor” invoice the customer for the total. That would allow Aquamac to assess the sub-contractor’s fees, eliminating any unwanted surprises. In my case, the sub-contractor invoice was reasonable and there was no problem."

"I contacted Aqua mac plumbing after seeing that,on Google maps, they were based nearby. So glad that I did. My call was answered quickly,by Ryan,who asked if the issue was an emergency &, if not,he could attend the following morning.
The plumber,Max,arrived in good time,inspected the problem & then carried out the work quickly & professionally.
He was very friendly & explained what was being done to solve the problem.
In my experience finding a company with such high standards of workmanship,professionalism & customer service is rare these days.
I found them by accident but I am so glad that I did.

Replacement shower as old one was leaking.

"Water pouring out of shower head bank holiday weekend. I phoned Aquamac Sunday morning he offered to come out then or Monday morning. I managed to get the water off so he came on the Monday at 9.10am. The plumber got me a replacement shower which he fitted, checked it was working perfectly then left.

Excellent service, couldn't be faulted.

2 hours labour and the replacement shower was more expensive at my choice.

I would recommend using the Trusted Trader Scheme"

Resiting a toilet flush to make it easier to use.

"I used Aquamac for the first time. Ryan and his apprentice came out very promptly, were very polite and listened to the difficulties we were experiencing with a stiff toilet flush. They suggested various options and pointed out that some would be quite expensive. Ryan suggested going for a cheaper option to see if it works but said he would return if it didn’t meet our needs.
