"Removal guys were great. Kind, friendly and efficient.
I was unaware of delivery date in UK upon pick up which was not ideal.
No guidance on our packing (i.e only found out after packing that certain things were not permitted!) this should have been made more clear. Was also not informed that an inventory was required. "

The move was from a large 4 bed house where my family lived for 18 years to a much smaller house. The decision was difficult. Further complicated by several dates change and little time between exchange and move.

Removal of furniture and household effects from large 4 beroom house in west Sussex to similar (new build) in North Cumbria. Included upright piano. Long distance move carried out over 3 days
Day 1 - Load
Day 2 - Travel
Day 3 - Unload.

"4 men for load and Day 1. Very efficient and courteous. Started at 8.30 and finished by 1.30pm Day 2 (completion day) we were able to travel the 375 miles at our won pace confident that the removals team were staying with our vans and keeping our belongings safe.
Day 3 - team of 3 arrived a bit a head of schedule and took time to set up and understand the layout before starting to unload.
All safely delivered/unloaded by 2pm.
Very happy with the service given. Thank you all. "

"- The team - Tom(Operator), Klas & Andy main move team all wonderful.
- Not a single article was broken or damaged.
- Klas and Andy worked hard as a three day move.
- A door handle was broken on move day but Tom took charge and fix it, no issues or quibbles which was great.

"GB Liners were excellent in every stage of the removal - from the phone contact, and original visit to access and quote, to all admin personnel to the team of very hard working removal guys.
Everyone was friendly, helpful, and polite and ensured that I was satisfied at each step. And I was! Just one broken item (2 piano feet) which was swiftly apologised for and remedied and one bashed bookcase back (again very swiftly compensated for)"
