We had to move and place our home contents in storage which this company provided. They then provided a storage to new home service.

"The company appeared to be very accommodating. However mis quoted on the number of storage containers need by 50%. Packing was very poor china and glass was not packed individually. There was same damage or breakages.
Our property was not treated well and handled roughly. Boxes thrown or items dropped. Pure furniture was not wrapped and badly marked. "

Due to the size of our property our move took place over several days. The garden furniture and garage contents were packed first. Then the day before the move the team started tackling the house contents.

"Botrans team arrived with punctuality and were both polite and profession in their approach to our move. Nothing was too much trouble to the team. We have some very heavy solid wood furniture which had to be handled with care. The team made everything seem easy. This was the second time I have used Butrams, I would definitely recommend them "

"Staff enthusiastic and hard working. It would have been helpful to agree names of rooms and label boxes accordingly - these were not consistent. Also items from more than one room after packed together made unpacking problematic some minor breakages - glasses and pots. "
