I have bought and sold in and around Bath for many years but not bought through Cobb Farr until just recently and I was genuinely pleased with their efforts to complete the sale. They kept us informed of developments at all times, and when negotiations became "tricky/emotional" they did their absolute best to meet the requirements of both purchaser and seller. They appeared to really care and understand our needs, and treated us as a "valuable" customer throughout.
