The removal team arrived on time, as an angers the 3 members of the team were cheerful, polite and helpful. They carried out everything that had been agreed all the work was done on time and left for the new address, to wait for us to arrive with the key to the new house. Disaster! the buyers money had not been received. It occurred 4 hours late! the team were able to finish delivery.

They were really helpful, polite and professional all that was arranged and agreed was carried out without any hitches the prices was very reasonable all-in-all, we would happily recommend house-to-home to anyone.

As usual with any move there is always something! there were difficulties setting the keys as the occupier was out. Plus, she had not cleared the downstairs as agreed.

The move went very smoothly considering we were relocating 250 miles away. H2H removals were helpful and considerate throughout.

"Helpful in fitting in a date that suited us. Provided plenty of boxes, tape and packaging. Provided a third van for items that wouldn’t fit in the 2 originally planned for. Kept in touch when they were en-route as to arrival time. We relocated 250 miles and when they arrived were quick to unload and careful with items. They dismantled and put together our heavy dining room table. Good price considering we needed 2 days for the removal. Friendly and efficient staff, would definitely recommend H2 Removals."

We moved from a small 4 bedroom house to a larger self-build property in the local area.

"The entire service provided by house 2 home was excellent, I would highly recommend them as they are far superior to another local removals firm that we used previously. The quote was provided quickly and efficiently, and was very competitive. Queries were answered in a timely fashion and we were provided with everything we needed to pack our possessions, including helpful guidance sheets on how best to pack to avoid breakages/damage. On the day, the move went very smoothly. Three people arrived on time, and were polite, professional and courteous. The office staff were also very helpful in providing advice, and arranging for boxes to be collected once we had unpacked."

I was moving from a 3 bed detached to a 4 bed detached house

"I went with house2homes as they were accredited and I was told it was worth spending a bit more money to get a quality move. When I called them the service was amazing. The woman I spoke to provided me with lots of tips and advice and reassured me that they would look after my fragile items. I was also worried about the fact I needed to wait for the sale and that they may have to sit around for a long time but they assured me that that was fine and they would help make the day go smoothly - which is what they did.

However, although they were lovely guys who worked hard they still managed to damage items and even took a chunk out of the wall of the house I was leaving. I have used much cheaper movers in the past and they provided the same quality as this company. They still tried to do it super fast and pack everything in the van which meant that things like the knobs on my chest of drawers got bent and the door of my antique sideboard moved so that it now has to be rehung. They were great in the fact that they were willing to listen to me directing them when we arrived at the new house. I had asked that items be packed in the garage and I suspect that some items are damaged in there too (I just haven't had the chance to look) - especially as one of the movers was trying to carry to much and dropped the end of my bed frame and kinda dragged it a bit across the ground - so I'm sure that's damaged!!

So all in all the next time I move I'm not sure I will bother spending lots of money as I can use the money saved to repair any damage inflicted through the move."
