There were three elements to the work : checking over a very slow desktop pc; installing a new pc, including the downloading of existing antivirus and malware and office programmes; and later connecting up a printer via cable (my preference)

"I was absolutely delighted with the work done by Calica. Canton was highly professional, patient, knowledgeable and did exactly what I asked him to do. He was never pushy and gave me enough information to make decisions about what I wanted to do. He answered my many questions with patience and it was clear that he was highly experienced in his field. This inspired confidence. I called Calica as my HP laptop developed a very odd screen and I was unable to open up my emails or NHS work shifts. It was very odd! I phoned Calica about 9.30am and a call was passed to him and he arrived at about 12.00pm and left about 1.30-1.45, having rectified the situation by taking the computer back some days and also installing some updates for me. It took a while as the front screen seemed to have changed dramatically without me having done anything different! I was very pleased with the service. I have used Calica before and he is always on time, polite and knowledgable.
