"Very satisfied with the service provided, all that was promised at the initial consultation was delivered, and the men carrying out the removal itself were professional and helpful the entire week. Long period of storage between properties

"Office staff were attentive and helpful at all times, with good communication. Removal team on the removal days were incredibly polite and friendly, whilst working very, very hard and carefully. My husband and I were amazed at the amount they were able to do each day, and the care and skill items were protected and moved with. Having now had everything delivered out of storage we were delighted to find there was no damage whatsoever, and that everything is exactly as it was prior to collection."

It was the right decision, the team on the day were polite and hardworking, whilst making what to us felt like a complicated move seem straightforward. Complicated removal to a storage and our new property. Included a large multi gym and difficult access at our new address. Move to Brussels to occur in 6 - 12 months.

"Great company. Every aspect of our removal was thoroughly thought about and planned out in advance which showed when it came to the removal days themselves. Men were polite, friendly and very hard working, a pleasure to be around and made us feel reassured. Such a complicated move was not something we were relishing, but more than made it look straightforward. Highly recommended and looking forward to the second stage to Brussels."

"The first time we used a removal company rather than doing it ourselves, children and a growing family meant that in the 10 years we had been in our previous property it was time to leave it to the experts!

We chose More Than Removals based on recommendations and the impression made at the survey, and they lived up to all expectations. Dan was incredibly helpful from the get go, explaining in detail how everything would be handled and schedules etc.

On the day itself the team were on time, and had everything loaded and on the lorry by 12.15pm. We were a bit late getting keys to the new property due to a hold up with solicitors, but Adam and the team were obliging, and although it was getting later and later into the evening, nothing was rushed."

"Excellent service from start to finish! We had been messed around by our vendor and solicitors for several months, and More Than Removals stayed flexible and helped me stay sane! The crew on the day were not only polite and helpful, but also humorous, bending over backwards to help. Everything was done as described, and Paul and the team worked incredibly hard for the entire move. The removal was to be honest something I was dreading, but the guys at more than made it nearly stress free."

Full removal of 5 bedroom townhouse from Warwickshire to Munich, including a piano, several valuable antiques and paintings.

"More Than Removals carried out a much smaller part removal some time ago, and informed us that they carry out larger removals to Europe. The resounding feeling an impression given by More Than is that of high levels of customer service and attention to detail. We received three quotes, and although not the cheapest, the care and dedication exemplified by Richard at the survey appointment led us to choose them to carry out our move. Everything was explained in great detail, and they were flexible to our needs and slightly changing requirements. The removal was one the course of 6 days, and everything went to the scheduled plan perfectly. Time and care was taken in packing, and the crew were incredible thoughtful and helpful in the order things were carried out. Timings were to the hour, and once on our way to Munich we were regularly updated by the crew as to arrival times and their progress. Unloading was just as smooth as the loading process, and I can genuinely say that Dan and the team bent over backwards to make our lives easier. They were a real pleasure to be around, and certainly made the whole experience as straightforward and stress-free as possible. True customer focused professionals, and a pleasure to be able to support a local business with an inspiring back story."

"Having used More Than Removals to help us with our local removal requirements just over a year ago, they were the obvious choice to assist in our move to Cornwall. As previously, the assistance and service from team in the office and crew on the day was above and beyond. Despite complications with our chain and conveyancing, the moving company were incredibly helpful and accommodating. "I wasn't sure if we needed a removals company but when I had the initial survey from Robb I was really impressed with the company so decided to book them and it was money well spent. The lads turned up on time and were done in record time with no hanging around.

"We have always used one of the national firms for moving home previously, but friends strongly recommended More Than Removals and so we contacted them. The level of service and expertise provided from our initial enquiry, to the last man leaving our home has been staggering. What we were expecting to be a stressful and painful experience was incredibly smooth, efficient and relatively stress free. Everything was taken care of for us, and our minds put at ease by everyone from the office staff, to the team of men who carried out our move.
