"Phoned late Friday afternoon, were very helpful and said engineer would be round Monday to discuss and if appropriate carry out work. Arrived at time stated, checked signal and went over options re loft or outside aerial very clearly explained. I opted for outside aerial, pricing of both again thoroughly explained in language I could understand. Work carried out and tested and explained to me all to a high standard. When in house respected my property and wore shoe protectors in the house.

To sum up highly satisfied in all respects and would not hesitate to recommend and if required use again."

Replaced the old TV aerial in my loft, allowing me to access all the freeview channels. They also added a second aerial point in the bedroom.

"The company were quick to respond to my initial email query with a clear price estimate. When I called to confirm the job they were extremely friendly and helpful and I was able to book for the very next day. I was told that I could pay with a card on the day which meant I didn't have the find the cheque book or take out cash.

When the engineers came they put covers on their shoes before coming into the house which was especially appreciated since I have a fairly new carpet. They were friendly, discussed the job and the various options before giving me an updated price and making sure I was happy with the figure before starting work.

The whole job took an hour and the workmen were clean and friendly throughout. They even remembered to keep the door closed once I said the cat shouldn't be let out. I received a full breakdown of the job and the pricing over email before they had even left the house and was able to pay on card.

I'm very happy with the work, the price and the staff."

"I had a terrible tv signal and called the aerial man to come out. Mark arrived the next day and checked everything over and tested the signals. We needed a new aerial in the loft so decided to get it done there and then and while he was there he put our Tv on the wall and got it all set up for us. He was very nice and friendly and didn't seem to rush anything. We paid by card and he emailed the receipt over straight away.
I got a call the next day from someone in the office to make sure I was happy (which I was). Very nice company to deal with.
