All or Nothing

Any customer can send us their comments about a listed firm.

Most firms are happy to have their feedback published.
Some firms prefer to keep the feedback for their own internal use (See panel).
Firms can’t ask us to hide some comments and publish others – it’s all or nothing.
We don’t have feedback for every firm, so don’t assume that a firm with no published comments has something to hide.

Few firms ask us not to publish their results

Referenceline conducts random surveys of OEA member firms. In 2007, only 38 firms out of 1,100 asked us not to publish their results.

Referenceline helps you make a more informed choice, but we are not responsible for the work of the listed businesses. We don't verify the accuracy of the feedback, so we recommend that you ask the business to give you more information about any references which may be important to you.
