BCAS member: Airchannel

Airchannel has been a leading member of the pilot group of BCAS members since mid 2007, working on the concept of customer satisfaction surveys for the industry.

Alastair Shanks is Managing Director of Airchannel:

We are taking part in a Customer Satisfaction Survey run independently by the British Compressed Air Society and so far have had a positive response.  Our clients' satisfaction is our priority and it's your feedback (both good and bad!) that helps us continue to improve our standards."
