About Us

We pride ourselves in being able to offer many areas of work, which have allowed us to build a positive reputation and loyal customer base. We are able to take on a variety of projects from small single jobs to much more complex contracts.

Johnston and Graham provide gas engineers, plumbing, kitchen design and fitting, bathroom design and fitting with our own working showroom, special need wetroom facilities, including from care & repair, gas and general building services around the West of Scotland and immediate Ayrshire areas. As reactive and planned contractors we pride ourselves on the provision of all domestic and commercial building and plumbing services. We carry out a range of home improvement and general building services for both commercial clients and homeowners. Trades that include plumbing, carpentry, roofing, tiling, plastering and all aspects of internal and external decorations are available at your request.

I had my bathroom renovated, all the existing fixtures and tiling removed and replacing the bath with a walk in shower. The room was finished with wet wall panels, a new ceiling with downlighting and a new floor,

"This firm were recommended to me, I visited the showroom and met Charlie who arranged a further appointment where I was taken through the process of planning and choosing all the components. Charlie was really helpful, not at all pushy, giving me plenty of time to think over my choices. I asked if the work could be carried out while I was away on holiday as I only have one bathroom and Charlie kindly agreed to this . So I went off and when I returned I thought at first nothing was done as the hall leading to the bathroom was so tidy. Then- tadah- I opened the door to a lovely new bathroom. The finish of the interior is first class. I am absolutely delighted with it. I only met young Charlie the following week when he returned to fit the towel holder and toilet paper holder. He even hung a wall picture for me. I have never had such tidy workmen . Everything
about the new bathroom is perfect."

We have used this business for 12 years and have found them to be first class.

"When we decided to renovate our bathroom we visited their showroom and received excellent advice.This visit also allowed us to determine what fixtures and fittings we would use. This was made easier by the fact that in the showroom we were able to see physical example of the materials.

From planning to completion everything went smoothly. The work started on the agreed date and was completed within the promised time.

The friendly team worked efficiently and were extremely tidy. They displayed a high degree of professionalism.

The transformation from bathroom to modern stylish shower room has met all our expectations.

We would not hesitate to recommend this company.

Removal and disposal of existing bathroom. Installation of wet room, including non slip floor, wall and ceiling with spot lights and all sanitory ware including taps shower head etc. Good quality fixtures and fittings and heated mirror.

Full refurbishment of my house.

"Absolutely stunning job of my full house refurbishment! I could not believe the difference. A real pleasure to work with such a friendly a professional company. Everything was spot on and looks fantastic. The price was extremely competitive, however this did not detract from the quality and finish. An excellent job from start to finish in great time. The project was explained from start to finish and that's exactly what happened on time and within budget! I have no hesitation whatsoever in highly recommending this company and shall certainly be using them for anything i have in the future, although that may well be a long time away as they have done such a fantastic job!!"

Johnston and Graham have just finished a complete replacement and upgrading of our bathroom. They completely gutted the room and resolved issues with floorboards, plumbing, etc. There was a delay in completion, due to the Covid 19 lockdown, but this was not due to the company.

"We asked Johnston and Graham to do the bathroom as we were very pleased with the shower room which they upgraded a few years ago.
As before, we are delighted with the result and can't speak highly enough of their workers, especially George, the foreman, who kept us informed and consulted with us throughout."

Replacement combi-boiler and flu.

"Johnston & Graham were able to attend our premises very quickly and provided us with a very competitive quote by return with the promise of a quick installation date. They kept their promise and had the boiler fitted two days following acceptance of the quote. All work was carried out with as little disruption as possible and the engineer was very kind to arrange a roof repair which they discovered while installing the flu.
Overall we are very happy with the service provided and would recommend them."

We had eight doors delivered old bathroom taken out including 2 x layer's of tiles removed from walls. Floor stripped out. New bathroom fitted including new wet wall panels, flooring ceiling, towel rail and mirror.
 

"Right from our initial consultation. The alteration received was first class with attention to detail given. The showroom was function Mr. Johnston was very helpful in letting us get the bathroom of our dreams within our budget. Also beautiful new doors fitted. The job was done when we were on holiday and completed on time. We couldn't believe the transformation in our bathroom, how beautiful it was and how tidy things were left. We had our bathroom completely revamped, back to a shell. We had all work carried out including, moving toilet, taking out bath, new pipe work, installing new corner shower, vanity units wall to wall, flooring and walls done with wall boarding, installation of new wall style radiator.

"The tradesmen were first class, minimal mess and I am delighted with the result. The showroom is well worth a visit as everything on display works so you see what you can get, it’s amazing. I would highly recommend this company to anyone, many thanks for the transformation.
