They did an excellent job sorting out a large structural crack in our kitchen, replacing lighting and installing wired in smoke alarms.

A leak under the kitchen sink was fixed and another in the shower room temporarily dealt with pending new taps.

"Totalfix (Rob) came at short notice to fix a leak, although I took the opportunity while he was here to raise a couple of other queries. In investigating one of them, another small leak was detected. The first leak (under the sink) was sorted out, and the second (bathroom basin) received a temporary fix pending some new taps being bought. Rob demonstrated a creative problem-solving approach to the third query. I am happy with Totalfix's overall approach and with the work done. The billing and correspondence side of things has been handled effectively too."

Totalfix renovated the bathroom and WC completely, removing all the old fittings, wall tiles and old window before preparing the surfaces and floor for the new bathroom. The new bathroom furniture, wall and floor tiles, shower, WC and window were then fitted.

"Totalfix were extremely polite and professional and provided a detailed and accurate quote. All the work was done at our convenience very efficiently and to a very high standard. Communication throughout was great. We would recommend them highly.

Repair of leaking waste trap at kitchen sink and securing external waste pipe with bracket.

"Water was leaking under the kitchen sink; I enjoy attempting basic repairs but having attempted this the evening before, the job was beyond me and the situation was getting worse. The sink had become unusable; this was therefore urgent and needed to be sorted the same day.

I received a very prompt phone response message left before 9 a.m. from Theresa, who was very sympathetic, and Rob came at 10 a.m. Both Theresa and Rob were very pleasant and professional. I would have no hesitation in recommending them to friends and neighbours. The call-out charge was fair and reasonable in view of the very prompt and professional service provided.

"I cannot recommend the company enough. The work carried out was done efficiently and to a very high standard. Communication throughout was great. They provided an accurate quote and when asked their opinion about how to proceed, responded with a measured response that did not suggest work that didn't need to be carried out but provided good guidance. "Rob came very promptly after we called. All his communication was clear and prompt. He was polite and professional in all his dealings wth us. He completed all the work very quickly and to a high standard, and he stayed within his original quote. He was always punctual and tidied up after himself. Immersion heater repair - replacing heating element

"Rob arrived promptly, was very pleasant and professional. He did a great job, explained why my immersion heater had corroded so quickly and replaced the broken part with a superior part that should last longer. He priced the job reasonably. "I want to award Totalfix Ltd of SE19EZ based in Lee 5 star excellent rating in all categories.
