They undertook a complete back to brick renovation of my central London three storey town house. The only part that remained were three brick walls. Absolutely everything else had to gutted. They brought in all of the trades and even helped with gaining planning permission from TFL in order to build over two tube line tunnesl that are close to the surface.

"Altin worked with me from day one on the plans and quotes. He provided references and talked me through the different stages of the build. He allowed me to purchase many items which saved me money and always gave me suffiecient time to make decisions, often with several options. This was handy as once we started it became obvious that there was more to do than originally anticipated. This is normal with houses of this age.

He worked with my neighbours and kept to the strict rules of the Considerate Construction Scheme.

The trades people that he works with are of excellent standard and their quality is amazing. He even rolls up his sleeves and works!!

He couldn't make the first date that I suggested as he was finishing off another property which I respected.

His team are helpful. Due to the delays with TFL, I moved in to a half finished home and his guys helped with moving furniture and boxes as I moved between rooms.

I would highly recommend this team and should I ever renovate again they will be my construction company of choice."

The job was to extend, add a loft conversion and completely refurbish a five bedroom mock Tudor house and keep original features such as the beams and fireplace. The house was completely rewired, new heating system installed and underfloor heating downstairs. Six new bathrooms were fitted with walk-in showers and baths and tiled where required. New wooden floors laid throughout the house. New doors, windows and skirting were installed throughout the house. Finally the house was completely redecorated. A new driveway was laid, patio at the rear of the house and new lawn laid.

"The quality of the worksmanship was excellent.

The plumber, electrician, carpenter, painters, floor installers were all excellent, communicated well and ensured that a quality job was completed.

Altin who leads the Triangle construction team had an excellent understanding of all aspects of the work required and would carefully explain what needs to be done and the timeframes involved.

All of Triangle construction team were friendly, polite and co-operative.

The whole Triangle construction filled me with confidence that the job would be completed to a high quality, to an agreed time and on budget.

Prior to starting we visited 2/3 jobs, the Triangle Construction team had completed and all customers were really pleased with the job completed."

We contracted in Triangle Construction to do a full house renovation, including ground floor extension, loft conversion, and 1st floor renovation. We bought the house in October 2020, during pandemic, and over the course of 11 months, Triangle Construction completed the work.

"We are not building savvy so were pleasantly surprised by the way Altin at Triangle Construction and his team walked us through a very well structured plan of work, and through the whole process, Altin continued to talk through work that was being carried out, tasks that were coming up, and potential issues that would need to be sorted ahead of time.

Our house is a detached house, and the extent of work was large. Triangle Construction worked diligently through the work, keeping to the plan and timelines; and at the same time, they were respectful towards our neighbours, ensuring that any boundary issues were taken care of pleasantly and with no surprises, and after each day's work, all areas were tidied up and secured.

Overall we made the best decision to go with Triangle, even though we asked for quotes from 2 other firms. One pays for quality with Triangle, and for excellent service. The final outcome is excellent. We are extremely happy and proud of the final work. We have got a few snags to deal with, but Altin and team have agreed to get these snags resolved, before taking any final payments. That's what I call service!"

"I could not have been happier with Altin and his team from Triangle Construction.

Prior to the commencement of the build I was given a detailed breakdown of the costs and a target finish date. The costs came in as expected and we even finished a couple of weeks early. Altin was easily contactable at all times and on hand to answer my queries and deal with any issues that arose.

His team were hard working, professional and courteous. They were an absolute pleasure to deal with.

"Altin was the sixth builder I met with. He instantly understood what we were looking for in terms of the build, his quote was the most detailed, breaking down each stage of the project and the work to be undertaken with a cost attached. The overall quote was very reasonable and he lived locally which I found reassuring.

Our project started just before the first lockdown and inevitably there were delays and difficulties. These were managed as best they could be under the circumstances. Altin was always contactable throughout the project and he is very good at coming up with suggestions and giving options and advice as the project progresses. We did have some minor issues and disagreements in places but these were always resolved to our satisfaction.

The Triangle team are very skilled, professional and courteous. We were really pleased with the overall quality of the work and have recommended Altin and the team to neighbours and friends."

Full refurbishment of four bedroom house, including single story back and side extension, new porch and patio. Relocated stairs, knocked through walls to create open plan downstairs, and moved several bathroom positions upstairs. New Plumbing and Electrics. Bespoke bathrooms and fitted furniture.

"Altin and his team were a pleasure to work with, and made the process from start to finish as easy as possible. At the start of the project Altin was very clear of the work involved and showed an in depth understanding of the project at hand. He explained the precise costing, and gave us the confidence we needed to task him with our project.

He was on site most of the time, especially in the first 4 months, and was always reachable by phone if not. He outlined the time line at the start of the project, and actually finished 1 month early, which of course made us very happy!

His workers were also extremely polite, and always remained courteous to us and the neighbours. Our neighbours actually commented to us about how considerate the workers were, and never worked outside of official hours. His team were also extremely dedicated to the work, and were perfectionists with everything they did. From the painters to the carpenters/tilers, and the plumber/electrician, and demolition team. We had a pleasant experience throughout.

"We had a very positive experience with Triangle Construction.

Altin and his team completely changed the layout of our ground floor including the installation of underfloor heating, fitting a new kitchen,knocking a wall to create an open plan space, installing new plumbing and electrics, painting and plastering and fitting new windows.

His team are highly skilled, professional and attend on time, leaving everything tidy at the end of the day. It is very helpful that all the work is overseen and managed by Altin so we didn't have the hassle of separately employing electricians,plumbers.painters etc.

The team provided lots of practical advice when we were unsure of certain decisions.The costs were clearly outlined at the beginning and any changes were communicated clearly as the project evolved.

"After reading their online reviews we decided to go with Triangle Construction and we could not be happier with the outcome.
Altin and his team recently completed a large scale extension and refurbishment of a semi detached house we purchased in St Albans. It was an eight month project, and involved everything from rewiring, re-plastering, re-plumbing and fitting 2 bathrooms. The house was gutted and rebuild.
The quality of the work was outstanding, as was the professionalism of every member of Altin's team. Not only were they very skilled but were very considerate too (even our neighbours commented on that).
The fact that a project of this size was completed on time, despite all the COVID challenges, was testament to the good planning and hard work of all the team. We have recommenced Triangle Construction to all our friends and family and will continue to do so. Very happy with the results."

"As an RIBA Chartered Architecture practice we have worked with many contractors over the years. We have been absolutely delighted with the quality and service provided by Triangle Construction on two recently completed house refurbishment projects. Both involved the modification and total upgrade of a whole house, including complex structural steel installations, new services and new finishes throughout, but both finished on time and on budget, to an excellent quality of finish with impressive attention to detail. "We received quotes from 4 builders when we put our project out to tender. Triangle Construction were competitively priced and responded to our queries promptly. I received several very positive references from satisfied clients, and also viewed 3 projects (one in progress, one just completed, and one competed a couple of years ago), where I was impressed with the quality of work.


Our project started on time, finished on time (8 months), and Altin worked very well with our architects. All minor changes to the project were managed well and we were made aware of any additional costs.

Altin was in regular contact throughout the project, and very responsive if we had questions or requests.

The site was kept tidy throughout and was left clean and tidy when we moved back in to our house.

We’ve been back in our house for 2 months and so far are very pleased with the work Altin and his team completed. Work has generally been completed to a very high standard, and they were quick to come back and resolve initial snags."

Full house renovation of an 1920s end of terrace, with hip-to-gable loft conversion and rear extension. Included: Plumbing and heating. Electrics. Stairs. Windows. Underfloor heating. Underpinning external wall. Doors (internal & external). Architrave/skirting/coving. Ceilings. Roof.

"Excellent experience. Altin delivered to time, cost and quality. 100% recommend Altin and his team to others for all renovations or building works. Happy to offer reference visits to any potential clients.

Our house required a full internal renovation with extension work. We had a local architect draw up plans and obtain permitted development approval. We were introduced to Altin via a colleague and also spoke to other clients, and saw his work first hand. Of the 4 builders we got to quote, Altin was the one who gave us the most confidence that he could deliver to the cost, quality and time we wanted. This proved to be the case. This was a relative stress-free experience.

The project took 5 months once work commenced. This included Altin accommodating a few changes to the design and some extra work. He quoted for this in advance with rates that were fair and reasonable.

Altin's background as a qualified engineer shone through in his ability to identify issues and recommend options. One example was the roof design which was not fully detailed in our plans. Altin proposed an option and commissioned a structural engineer to draw up the plans.

His experience of working on houses of this age was also invaluable. He was prepared for problems with damp, poor foundations and uneven floors.

The level of professionalism shone through in all aspects of the work. From the initial introduction to the neighbours to the final decoration and finishings.

Altin is very hands on which commands the respect of his team and his customers.

We decided to avoid the cost of a project manager / architect so took on the responsibility of working directly with Altin. This ensured quick decision making and probably contributed to the short completion time. Altin was very good at communicating progress and laying out when decisions were required. As long as you have the knowledge and time to do this, I would recommend it.

I have used the skilled services of Triangle consulting in two occasions - 8 years apart, and have been extremely satisfied of their performance. In 2018/19 the loft conversion with new roof, AND kitchen extension, with full new plumbing and electrical system and complete decoration have been done in a property untouched for the past 50 years. In my previous experience I worked with Altin in 2010 with a loft conversion in a conservation area. I wouldn''t have chosen them again otherwise. In both instances, my choice has been to have a personal beautiful private home to live in and enjoy for many years.

"In both experiences (2010 and 2018/19), the work has been delivered to the high standards expected, and within 5 and 1/2 months and planned. Any extra structural work necessary, that was unplanned has been flagged in advance, discussed and agreed together for it to be reflected in the overall budget. From a cost perspective, certainly not the cheapest but quality which is fundamental in delivering structure is essential and well worth paying for. The building site, was safely covered, to limit disrupting to the neighbouring properties, with the adeguate roof temporary covering and scaffolding sheets.
There are cowboys out there that simply don't care about neighbours or quality. Altin team is the exact opposite.
Altin Ndoni himself, in charge, is a highly experienced and trained civil engineer that goes well beyond simple execution, working in close collaboration with the architect and structural designers to ensure the best for the project.
Solid structural work is delivered to high standards of professionalism by all his crew, tidy, clean, patient, quiet and smiley people. A real pleasure to work with closely. Praised by both neighbours. It did require quite a hands-on role from my side, which I thoroughly enjoy.
the carpenter team went beyond the routines job with some bespoke joinery and carpentery that was decided along the way. Good kitchen fitting skills as well. good plumbing and electric teams."

"Architect: The work was done very efficiently and to a very good standard. I would certainly use Triangle again.

The client had this to say about Triangle: "Altin and his men have just finished an extension for me in Edgware. The team are very hard working and professional. They are very skillful with all the work they do and the quality of the work is excellent.

When they promise to do something they mean it.
They prepared everything in advance and protected everything against damage.

Knockdown old conservatory and rebuild. Take down internal walls of old kitchen and morning room and build new kitchen/family room, raise the floor and new patio.

"Altin was one of four builders who submitted quotes for our tender. He was competitively priced and very clear about costs, dates and materials. I followed up a number of references for him by phone and visited 2 properties and we were impressed by the positive references and quality of work we saw.

The project started on time and would have actually finished ahead of schedule but we had to wait for the kitchen to be delivered so the project finished on time.

Altin was very responsive whenever we had questions, visited the site often and met with us whenever we required. If there were any changes to the schedule Altin would let us know. The team were very respectful and ensured the site was tidy every night.

So far we are delighted with the build and quality of the work. The finish is great and everything was left sparkling clean and tidy. All rubbish was removed from the site.

The brief was to provide the foundations and side walls for a glass conservatory designed by another company. To remove the old kitchen and extend out into the conservatory area, prepare the flooring including underfloor heating and complete all required plumbing, tiling and electrics to the strict standards of the kitchen company requirements. Refurbish bathroom and shower room completely, restore sash windows, strip and seal wood floors. Re cover two flat roofs, landscape externally and re-decorate entire property both internally and externally. To liaise with both the conservatory and kitchen companies.

"We have been extremely happy with the work undertaken by Altin and his team.
Their attitude was completely "can do" and they liaised extremely well with the other separate suppliers, especially the conservatory company.
Everything was completed on time, despite our requests for additional extras on the way.
The team were polite, tidy and respectful, ensuring all rubbish was removed properly at the end of the work. They were very helpful with my neighbour and handled all deliveries to the house. They also liaised with Building Control.
As I was project managing the work myself,whilst working part-time, I was particularly impressed with the almost daily contact, updates to progress and flexibility for meetings on site that Triangle provided. We had regular contact with Altin and all his team (electricians, plumbers, carpenters and decorators)through the whole project.

Everyone who has visited the house to date, has commented on how amazing it looks and how good the finish is.
We are very pleased with how everything went and would not hesitate to recommend this company.

Triangle Construction carried out a downstairs extension creating an open plan kitchen and dining room area

"The work carried out by Triangle Construction was of a very high quality and their customer service is exceptional. They delivered everything they promised and more and went above and beyond to ensure we were happy with he building work. We also lived in the house while the work was taking place and they built us a kitchen in a shed to make sure we could wash up and cook and do our washing. They are delightful to deal with and made the whole process very manageable"
