"We called at around 10:0am. An engineer was on site within the hour, had diagnosed the problem by lunchtime and had given me options about repair or replacement. We came to a decision to replace the bearings. The compressor was taken away there and then, fixed and returned to us in the afternoon. The service was outstanding."
