Due to my laptop be very slow, from date of purchase (not that to long ago), I took it to Aylsham Computers.

"I was well met and greeted by Daniel, and given suitable advice concerning my issue.

I left my laptop at the store to have a more suitable hard drive fitted and the laptop to be re-booted/programmed.

The above action took place on a Friday afternoon. On the following Tuesday I received a txt message, stating that all the required work had been completed and subsequently collected the laptop later that day.

My laptop his now running and working 100% better than when I took it in for the service."

Our computer crashed as it was installing a Windows update. We were unable to retrieve any documents. Aylsham Computers repaired the pc, retrieved all documents and replaced a faulty cd drive.

I had a problem with a newly downloaded version of Outlook. The PST files were corrupted because I accidentally opened the old Outlook programme instead of the new. I also had an annoying alert about a driver each time I opened my computer.

"The service person came to my home arriving a little later than expected, but this was fine for me. He noted the time and stayed his full hour. He had a good way of listening and asking questions before he began helping me to resolve an issue with my e-mail. He quickly identified the source of the problem, addressed it and confirmed that the problem was resolved by restarting the computer and testing the problem area again. He also made sure I wouldn't experience the problem again by removing some old software that corrupted my files. Since there was some extra time in the hour he freely agreed to stay and answer some of my other questions and give useful advice to me about products and services available from Aylsham Computer and other providers. I found him to be professional, friendly and courteous. Based on my experience, I would certainly use Aylsham Computer again. Thanks, Tomas and the Aylsham Computer team!"
