James checked my aging laptop for free. He could have fixed the current problem and not told me that other things would break due to age.
He recommended the most relevant laptop to buy - even before he knew where I would decide to buy one.
He spent at least 40 minutes talking and explaining.
 

"James is very knowledgeable, he treats each customer with equal respect.
He could have fixed the Acre but was honest enough to say that due to its age - there would be various repairs needed very soon and that it would be wiser to start a new with a new laptop.
