A maintenance contract for keeping two computers healthy and in working order, and to solve as quickly as possible any problems that arise in daily usage. Using remote methods keeps costs down and speeds up solutions. Also to help organise and explain a switch in telephone and internet provider, smoothing out problems.

"I have been a customer of Rob Lucas and RLS Computers ever since we moved to Norfolk, about twenty years ago. My husband and I were both freelance writers, and the contract we both took offered a vital sense of security, knowing that if something went wrong, we would be up and running again very soon. Later we gradually retired, and recently my husband died, but I would never give up our home contract: itís so comforting to know that I can seek help for even the most trivial, even silly, problems, as well as being impartially guided about hardware or internet service. We have never been let down, and came to regard Rob as a valued friend. I would recommend his company to anyone, whether for professional, commercial or domestic care."
