" I felt the firm gave a lot more input for me the buyer than I have previously experienced. I have bought and sold in and around Bath for many years but not bought through Cobb Farr until just recently and I was genuinely pleased with their efforts to complete the sale. My purchase was difficult and involved keeping in touch with solicitors for both parties and chasing them to actually answer letters affecting the progress of sale. "

" I viewed quite few properties with Cobb Farr and each property put forward was to our requirements. The sale of our house fell through, and it looked for a time that we would not be able to complete the perchase. At all times, the staff were very understanding and did their best to keep me calm.

" We were delighted with the service we received from Cobb Farr when we purchased our house. They kept us informed of developments at all times, and when negotiations became "tricky/emotional" they did their absolute best to meet the requirements of both purchaser and seller. They appeared to really care and understand our needs, and treated us as a "valuable" customer throughout.
