From the first call to arrange an appointment to the final completion they were of course professional but they were also approachable and friendly and could not do enough to help me through the difficult process of selling my late mother's property. They kept me fully informed at all times and provided regular updates and advice to make the process smooth and as painless as possible.

"We bought our house through Brown and Brand in 2010 and had a great service from Dawn that we wanted to use them again when it came to selling the house and it has been great using then again, this time as a seller."

"The sale of my late mother's bungalow was complicated, but the team at Brown and Brand worked every step of the way to make it seamless and possible. As I live in Canada, Paul Brand has been a remarkable resource for me for over ten years, and has patiently advised and helped with many aspects of maintaining and dealing with a property, long distance. When it came to selling, there is no other team I would have considered to sell the bungalow. Mike Hopkins did an outstanding job marketing and selling the property (with help from Dawn). This was achieved in a very short time-frame with a sale at full asking price. At all times, the team are professional, approachable and diligent. They really know what they are doing and kept me updated every step of the way. More importantly, they took the time to understand some of the difficulties surrounding the sale, and always brought a smile to my face with their good humour. To say I danced a HAPPY DANCE on completion of the sale, is an understatement. I thoroughly recommend Brown and Brand and count myself so very fortunate to have had their team on my side. "I wasn't going to use and estate agent at first and only wanted a valuation, but was extremely impressed with the presentation and information given by the agent that I decided to go with them. I am sure glad I did as the first sale fell through but they pulled out all the stops to get another sale as quickly as possible.
