At one point there were some complications with the sale and I believe that it was Zoe's careful communications between parties which ensured that the sale still went through.

Overall, John Hoole estate agents exuded quiet professional supportive confidence. The sale of my flat was relatively straightforward, but still stressful. It was really helpful to have John and Zoe's excellent support and guidance throughout this process.

"We viewed the property at an open day which was handled brilliantly and professionally (they can feel a bit horrible and competitive). Zoe was accommodating and arranged for us to return for a second viewing later that day as my partner had not been able to come for the first.

There was an inevitable bidding war as it was an open day, but again this was handled professionally and we were made to feel as though Zoe was working with our best interests at heart.

Throughout the process of purchasing the property Zoe has been incredibly helpful, she has kept us informed of all communications with other parties and has been quick to respond to our queries. Compared to past experiences we have had as buyers, we have felt that Zoe has been working with us alongside the sellers which has been nice.

As a result of a home buyers survey we were advised by your agency to ask for a damp report. The sellers disputed the results of the report and we were then presented with a second report commissioned by John Hoole which did not find any damp issues and refuted the original report. We have accepted the results of the second report and we were offered the opportunity to get a third opinion, although did feel slightly under time pressure in this regard. On reflection, it might have felt better for us as the buyers if we had been informed that the sellers were questioning the results of the first report, and perhaps been involved in obtaining a second opinion so that the company used could be chosen by us perhaps. As it stands we are happy with the outcome of the sale as a whole, but this does stick out to us as slightly uncomfortable.

Nearing the end of the purchase Zoe liaised with our solicitor and was very helpful in getting things to move quickly. We were left out of an email exchange at one point which meant we were a few days late in discovering our move had been delayed, however this was quickly rectified and we were included in all exchanges from that point forward.

All in all our experience of John Hoole has been a very good one, we would look to use your agency for any future moves and would recommend your company to friends.

"We needed to get the property on the market quickly and chose John Hoole because we had dealt with him when buying the flat in 2009 and received an excellent service at that time.The asking price was set at a level to encourage viewings (another agent suggested a higher price) and this proved very successful as a sale at 10k over the asking price was agreed within 3 days of the flat going on the market and 10 potential buyers had been lined up.
The estate agency staff were extremely helpful and proactive in the period following the sale and provided advice in dealing with the buyer's queries. They responded very quickly to all communications and we were very impressed with the quality of the service. So much better than on-line agencies!"

I felt in very capable hands with Zoe, and felt supported in what turned out to be quite a complex and stressful sale.
