"sold my property in Carlisle Road with this company and the service I received was outstanding. So many estate agents talk the talk and then let you down once you have signed up. I would not use any online agent as I believe that is exactly what happens with a ‘cheap’ service. On the sale of your home you cannot get it wrong. Use a proper estate agent like these guys and you will have the whole thing managed smoothly from start to finish and your own expert to advise you on everything as the sale goes through. John Hoole was absolutely brilliant and I would highly recommend this company to others.

"John Hoole Estate Agents provided a really fantastic experience in the buying process. Zoe, who was my main contact, was genuine and friendly, and highly knowledgeable about both the process, and the building itself. She was also very ready to liaise with the vendor to find practical solutions and to keep the sale on course. I trusted Zoe to act fairly and with common sense, and this gave a high degree of reassurance, especially having had a poor experience with another agent in the area.

Although there were some moments of stress, Zoe was quick to step in and suggest how to manage it, and therefore there were few if any real hitches in the process.

"I could not recommend John Hoole more highly.
They were incredible from start to finish- friendly, honest, knowledgeable and professional.
Calls were either answered or returned immediately. We were informed by phone and email at every stage of the process.
Zoe was great at selling the house. They have great knowledge of the local area and were able to pitch the house exactly right to each prospective buyer.
When our original sale fell through they immediately found another two possible buyers the following day so we did not lose our onward purchase.
Through no fault of theirs one part of our long chain 2 steps below us got stuck and it was only Zoe repeatedly (politely) hassling the solicitors and other estate agents the whole way through the chain that enabled everyone to finally complete with no one dropping out.
They made a difficult process much less stressful. I genuinely felt that they cared about us and our move and would definitely recommend them to friends."
