"I first spoke with Maurice on social media asking some initial questions about buying, selling and renting property in the Cheadle area. He went out of his way to be helpful, answering my questions and giving helpful advice.

We arranged a meeting with him and were able to decide the best course of action- which for us was to rent our property. He went through the process with us and made it easy to understand.

Maurice and his colleagues helped us through the next stage of getting our house ready for rental, building work, redecorating, arranging all the details and marketing the property. We felt really at ease through the process and we were really pleased with the service.

"The sale of the property was hard as it had been in our family for nearly 50 years. From the initial appointment we were put at ease with the agents compassion and understanding which is why we chose to use a local family business. Everything was fully explained to us and advice given without any pressure before our decision to carry on with the sale. The agent did everything for us, informed us of viewing times and showed buyers around and got back to us with feedback and comments. An offer was soon made on the property which they negotiated for us and they kept us informed of everything. We couldn't have asked for a better service from start to finish everything went smoothly with no problems and completion was within 3 months. I would highly recommend Maurice Kilbride to any potential sellers or buyers and would like to thank them for all their help."

There were no hidden costs and everything was very transparent. Once the house was on the market we dealt with Chris who was great and kept us updated at every stage.
