"The staff were always patients with enquiries and took the time (on the telephone) to explain and help over the inevitable disappointments which must happen from time to time when buyers pull out. Thus one is left feeling encouraged and hopeful and pointed in the right direction via market conditions and price changes. Debbie Mortimes was particularly painstaking but all the staffs involved were helpful."
