" Very good apart from a blip on one viewing which wasn't checked with me.

HF were willing to put themselves out to keep the buyer happy & kept me involved throughout the process.

Also negotiated a number of increases in the offer price and helped with small items to me (as the seller) but which were important to the buyer. I'm not sure whether all these were confirmed in writing but they were certainly discussed with me.

Would definitely use again & would highly recommend to others. "

" They took the property off the market as soon as our offer was accepted, and so advised the second seller's agent.

Always obliged us with arranging for a visit to the property before contracts were axchanged.

Chased the seller's solicitors for info etc to achieve early exchange, and also arranged for us to speak with the residents' representative to obtain vital information to achieve exchange. "
