"We didn't really need much advice as we had seen the property on the Internet and just needed to view it. We had a viewing organised very quickly as requested. We wanted to proceed with an offer and our purchase was negotiated well and we both settled at a fair price. During the rest of the sale it hasn't mattered who we have spoken to. "Hunt Frame were very professional from the beginning. They were extremely helpful especially with letting in people to get quotes, recommending workmen when needed and taking meter readings as well as showing prospective buyers and keeping us informed with feedback from each viewing. This was a brilliant service, especially as we, as sellers, did not live in the area. Having had a bad experience with another agent in the area we were very sceptical but Hunt Frame proved to be a first class estate agent and we would definitely recommend them."

"Hunt Frame were a most helpful Estate Agent in my efforts to sell an elderly Aunt's flat in Eastbourne over the difficult winter period - even more so as I live in Scotland.

All important communication on viewings for the flat - both before and after each viewing.

Very helpful in arranging flat clearance and cleaning services pre sale with trusted local companies. Also sent regular meter readings - again helpful in account management.

Friendly and efficient service all at a high VFM (Value for Money!) - strongly recommended.

"Our key priorities in finding the right agent for our sale were that they would:

* Present our property to the market in a way that reflected its quality and advantages.
* Achieve a sale in a reasonable time frame.
* Negotiate the best price on our behalf.
* Manage the all-important process between accepting an offer and exchange of contracts

We chose Hunt Frame from a very select pool of Eastbourne estate agents, and very soon came to realise that we had made the right choice.

Not only did they sell our place to the first viewer but they achieved a very acceptable price, and managed the process to exchange in a highly professional, but always friendly and communicative, way.

I would urge anyone looking for a top-quality estate agent in this town not to fall into the trap of assuming that one of the more expensive agents will do a better job, or that the agent who suggests the highest price can actually achieve it, (rather than advocating a revision once you've been on their books for a few fruitless weeks).

Our own research (based on previous sales of similar properties) suggests that Hunt Frame achieved an excellent price, from a buyer in a very strong position, in exchange fair a very fair fee.
