"The only reason I haven't given a 10 to all of the questions is that the first person I saw was covering for the Natalie, who usually handles the lettings, as she was on maternity leave. Although the lady was helpful, she wasn't as knowledgeable so I initially went with another firm. I was disappointed with their service so went back to WG, Natalie came out to see me and I have been delighted with the standard of service I have received and the quality of the tenant she found."
