"My experiences dealing with Zing were nothing short of excellent from beginning to end. At the initial marketing stage, they were very knowledgable about local market conditions and after a very frank and open discussion, offered me a very confident pitch on selling my property.
Once marketed, I had significant interest straight away and Zing were extremely helpful in arranging viewings. The thing I was most impressed with throughout the process was how well Zing communicated with me, and how the level of professionalism and knowledge didn't change regardless of who I spoke to within the office.
After only 3 weeks my property was sold and Zing remained in touch throughout the process, offering advice and welcome peace of mind.
Having, to be frank, never heard of Zing prior to looking at available options for selling my property, I would not hesitate to use them again or to recommend them to friends or family."

"From start to finish Alison and the rest of the team were extremely helpful, friendly and professional. They made the whole process easy and stress free. I had been through a really bad experience with a tenant and was very stressed out and anxious about selling. But from the first phone call from Lisa, I was put at ease. It was then Alison who dealt with the marketing and sale of the flat, and she did this quickly, professionally, and with a much appreciated touch of humour. Lynn and the others in the office were also a great help, and kept me well up to date with the viewings and all the paper-work I was dealing with. "From the minute we had our first meeting, we were dealt with very well and we're kept up to speed with all developments, feedback we were given valuable advice every step of the way,
Initially we thought their service might be a bit dear, but I must say we definitely got what we payed for, everything was taken care of to a great standard, my only issue was, our for sale sign took a little longer than we would of liked, but this was beyond their control as they use a subcontractor. But it was remedied as soon as they could.
I cannot fault the rest of the whole process though.
And u would definitely recommend to future sellers who don't like the stress of house selling, as the option we chose was for them to take care of everything including viewings."
