"Not used them before. Good overall service and friendly staff. Would be happy to deal with same agent again.

Suggest removing retension fee once offer is accepted to take property off the market. Fee may be held for a significant long time if there is a problem with property chain and you're unable to proceed with the purchase of property through no fault of yours as was our case."

"I had never used this company before, however I knew they were quite a big player in the grays/purfleet area - In my opinion Quirk Deakin is an excellent estate agents, feedback from all staff particularly Lea was excellent. They sold 2 properties of mine over a short period of time with minimum fuss.

"Josh was most helpful with viewings of the property, as I work full time and may have missed some potential buyers by not being available.

The sale completion seemed to take forever but know that Lea was chasing this every week and we had continuous updates either via herself or Josh.
