2 bedroom terraced with a small garden in ‘Leek’ Staffordshire.

"They were competent. We had an offer from 1st viewer but it took 4 months to complete as buyer was slow to get a mortgage. We wanted to put property back on market but they advised against. I think the mortgage would have been obtained quicker if there was another potential buyer, as the buyer’s mother washed for the mortgage broken. I think it took larger to enabled."
