"We cannot praise John Payne and in particular Gemma Weekes enough as from the first conversation we had with her, she had a very professional, confident, reassuring and might I add persuasive approach to marketing our property. She was extremely friendly and pleasant the whole way through the process offering guidance and advice to ensure we got the best deal. We never had any doubt she would sell our house for the right price but what stood out is that we always knew she was working on our behalf and know she had our best interests at heart.
She was always contactable often replying on her days off which is more than can be expected. She was always honest about any offers we received. We could not of asked for a better service from Gemma she is a real asset and would like to express our huge thanks to her and the whole team at JP!

"Our experience was excellent but brief. We had 3 estimates from different agents & eventually went with John Payne as all the estimates were in agreement as were fees, but John Payne were most professional while maintaining a manner which was not pushy. Once we went on the market our property was sold on the first day at asking price and therefore our interaction was minimal beyond this."

130year-old semi-detached property in ''Charlton Slopes'', 5 minutes walk from the station. Three bedroom, two reception, kitchen/scullery, and bathroom.

"Rapid and positive response from first requesting valuation prior to sale, and then great help with the sale which was particularly helpful as we were selling following the decease of the owner, and we ourselves live outside London. Since the first sale was eventually aborted we were also very appreciative of subsequent efforts to bring about another sale, and we were kept well informed of developments throughout."
