2 bedroom self contained ground floor flat in the Highams Park area near Chingford.

"I started working with McRaes Sales, Lettings and Management over 10 years ago when I instructed them to manage my rental property. I was initially impressed with their professionalism, friendliness and reasonable fee.

They haven't disappointed and they have shown me I can trust them to manage my property and deal with any issues quickly and effectively.

Most recently, I had a long term tenant leave the property after 8 years. The property needed some quite extensive maintenance before it could be re-let. However the team managed to complete the works and on-board new tenants in a matter of weeks without any fuss or delay.

If you want worry free, highly effective property services, I would highly recommend McRaes.
