"The agent was at all times thoroughly professional and helpful. We did not know the area well and he several times met us to show the property, explained about the facilities in the area, and then took us to the station. He was extremely efficient in negotiating, and meticulous in keeping us informed of progress, also liaising between us and the vendors, and between solicitors. "Sonia was the ultimate professional and ensured the sale went through as promptly as possible.

She was always on hand to give honest advice and was upfront at all stages. She took time out of her busy schedule for us to view the property on a number of occasions. Sonia also arranged for colleagues to be available when she was out of the office, which was very much appreciated.

The only comment I would have is that the floor plan was not particularly accurate. It would have been more helpful for us to plan our furniture etc.

Sonia has changed my view of the stereotypical estate agent as she has been friendly, honest and helpful throughout the whole process."
