"I was given this companies details by a work colleague after buying and selling with other well known large estate agents and having issues each time.
What a refreshing experience this was, the team were so enthusiastic and motivated they instilled confidence in me from the word go and for the first time my buying experience was problem free, everything was explained to me and they did everything they said they would and more. It is so hard to work full time and sell or buy a property as it usually takes so much time and so many emails and phone calls but this time House Tree did all that for me. I have been buying and selling property since 1995 and this process have never gone so smoothly so I will be using this company again and highly recommend that you do to."

"I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Housetree. Fantastic service and outstanding value. We saved at least 2,000 compared with our local estate agent's fee.

Easy to contact by phone and email, dealt with queries promptly, kept us informed, delivered on everything they promised and more, and Glenn, Ben, Debbie and others we dealt with are genuinely passionate about their work and providing an outstanding customer service.

However, until they change their partner solicitor I would not recommend the 'option 2' inclusive legal package. Our experience with the conveyancer was almost the exact opposite of everything I've said about Housetree."

"I am really happy to have used House Tree; I found them uber professional and friendly and they saved us tonnes of money. I did end up practically writing the property description but perhaps this is always the way with online agents and they were amenable to it. Our second viewer went on to buy and I think we would have gone on to a quick sale but we had some leasehold complications that dragged everything out. This was a horribly stressful time for us but Glenn at House Tree was great and always got things moving for us again when communication through the solicitors had stalled. I would use them again without hesitation but probably wouldn't use the inclusive of legal fees option as I didn't rate their preferred solicitors."
