Avenues Estate were given the task of selling my 3 bedroom Victorian terrace house in Wolverton. The property was placed on the market on the 31st March this year and was sold within two days.

"Before I was thinking of selling my property Avenues was already well known in the town as being the best estate agent in the area. There reputation preceded them. The main focus of their business is selling property. They are not distracted by managing rental property's.

The service offered by Avenues was first class and whist selling your house can be a stressful experience I was comforted by the fact that my house sale was in safe professional hands.

The whole process was clearly explained with regular updates and feedback.

I had hoped to exchange and complete contracts early with the buyers but a change of schedule in my wife's hospital appointment put payed to that. Sanj the ultimate professional liaised with the buyers and smoothed things over as I was concerned I might lose the sale of the property.

My wife and I will be forever grateful to Avenues Sanj and the whole team . They went far and beyond what was expected of them and more than lived up to their reputation as being the best Estate Agents in the area.

"Sanj and Steve were absolutely brilliant. Unfortunately my mum passed away suddenly during the house sale. The house sale had to stop. Sanj advised me what I needed to do to get the house sold and even which solicitor would be good to use aswell to sort probate. We obtained probate within 4 weeks thanks to their recommendation so the house sale could start again. All people in the party were kept fully updated on our progress by Avenues. Our property was located in Wolverton, Milton Keynes. A typical terraced Victorian 4 bedroom house with cellar and fireplace.

"Very happy with they way they explained the process of selling, buyers visits and exchange.

They are calm, polite and take into consideration all the contextual matters having an impact on the sale (eg. where you are moving, family life, hours for visits...). They only contact you when necessary and quickly reply by email or on the phone when you need them.

This is the second time we have used Avenues and we highly recommend them as one of the most ethical and professional estate agents we have dealt with."

"As a buyer, Avenues were all that you would expect from a professional outfit: courteous, accurate, responded both when they said they would and timely. They are very knowledgeable about the area and the properties; where they were involved in the history of the property they shared that with you; and because they work hard and long hours, they are always available for viewings which, when you are working, is a god-send. Also they never tried to gear an interest/offer in a property as a way to sell you financial products. Once you confirmed you had a MIP that was the end of it unlike some of the larger chains. They also did what was asked, ie put an offer forward, unlike others who refused unless you gave a higher offer.
But from a buyers point of view, one thing stood out, the quality of their descriptions of their properties and their pricing: there was none of exaggeration of a property to boost an asking price for example calling a space a "bedroom" when it was obviously not one. Also the pricing was trustworthy - you knew that the price was one supported by the market rather than enhanced by 10-20k as a starting point - as a buyer you know that a seller's expectations are way above the market and not worth the effort. Because of this, it is obvious that where owners failed to follow Avenues advice, properties stayed on the market a lot longer; otherwise, they were swiftly sold. This is why as a buyer I can't recommend Avenues enough and why I will one day become a seller."

"Avenues were brilliant throughout the whole process.
Unfortunately we had our initial buyers pull out, and Avenues were able to get viewings booked in for the next day and we had offers a day later, which was an excellent turnaround.
Any questions or queries we had they responded to quickly and efficiently and went that extra mile chasing up solicitors and buyers for us, giving us regular updates on progress.
The whole team are extremely friendly and polite and more than happy to help.

"I cannot recommend Avenues enough! They sold our property very quickly and were very proactive. They were helpful, warm, personable, very knowledgeable and didn't make us feel like just another number on a spreadsheet! They jept us up to date constantly including on weekends. The whole experience of moving has been less stressful and a lot more reassuring with their support. Overall, Avenues have been brilliant and I can't fault them on anything.
