Alan Cooper Estates were established in 1993 and the owner, Mr Alan Cooper, has over 32 years of experience selling homes throughout the Nuneaton area.

"I have been impressed by the entire process from start to finish. The valuation was what I felt was appropriate, but Mr Cooper was kind enough to negotiate the marketing price with me and take my views into account.

The house had viewings very early and in fact an offer within a week.

Even when this offer fell through, the staff pushed the sale forward with more valuations and eventually an offer within a good time frame.

From that point on, I felt the communication from Alan Cooper Estates was second to none and in particular Denise was pivotal in ironing out all of the problems encountered. She communicated more with me than my own solicitor did (!) and this constant regular input and awareness of the situation, was impressive and appreciated."

"We have sold our last 3 properties with Alan Cooper Estates and would have no hesitation using them again. They are very professional and informative at every stage of the sale. We were given updates at least weekly and they also made weekly contact with the other agencies i.e. solicitors, vendors and purchasers on a weekly basis particularly in the latter stages of the process. This assisted in achieving completion at the earliest opportunity which in our case was very much appreciated. Buying and Selling property can be an extremely stressful experience but Alan Cooper Estates ensure the whole process runs as smoothly as possible.
They were also the agents for 2 properties we have purchased and the above applied for the purchases as well as the sales. Another important aspect is contact, they are open for business every weekday plus Saturdays and their service when answering telephone calls is very efficient as well as contact via email for which we had responses from Mr Cooper during the evenings on more than one occasion."

"We sold and bought through Alan Cooper. Very pleased with all the advice given.

Our house was presented lovely, the photos and advertising were the best we've seen. Fern handled our sale and made everything straight forward.

Our purchase went through smoothly. James showed us round a few times and was very helpful.

All in all, we are thoroughly pleased. I hope we don't move again, but if we do, we would definitely go back to Alan Cooper. We wouldn't hesitate in recommending them."

"We had experience of Alan Coopers' service when we purchased our house over 3 years ago and were impressed with the level of service received, so we were happy to utilise them again.

Alan Cooper found us a buyer within 4 weeks of the property being listed with them. They conducted all of the viewings as we are not now based in the UK. They also made regular visits to the property to comply with our unoccupied insurance which we were very grateful for.
