Against our advice, the vendor negotiated directly with the purchaser. Hoppers do not divulge the vendors telephone contact details, however, the vendors neighbour did. It seems we (Hoppers) have been penalized through no fault of our own. Grahame Hopper (Director)

4 apartment property in a good location in Prestwick offering a good family home in the Kings Meadow Estate. The property has also been extended to give an extra room & toilet and a large kitchen and dining room.
 

"Hoppers made the selling and buying of my new property very easy. Taking the time to help me choose my new house and advising me of the property as I had never bought property before. The property I have purchased had only just gone on the market and was exactly the house I wanted and at a price I could afford. Sold: one bedroom traditional flat in central location close to all amenities in AYR £62,000. bought: three bedroom detached bungalow in village location close to AYR £120,000.
 

"Both buying and selling through Hoppers was an excellent experience. Moving house is normally a stressful time, but Hoppers made it very relaxed due to the experience & efficiency of all the staff & their extremely friendly nature.
