" Arrange viewing which was fine, the first person didn't understand the boundaries of the property and what gardens belonged to who or the shared areas. The second person was much more clued up and gave better information. Once we had agreed the sale I heard nothing from them again, I contacted the first person I met as I had his number but he had left Hoppers and worked elsewhere. I had no further contact with them at all until I called to pick up the keys and there was a significant delay in the actual transaction although the sellers wanted a quick sale, we were cash buyers and delay did not help us at all. Basically we viewed the property twice through Hoppers and never heard anything else until I arrange to pick up the keys. I do think a courtesy call at some point to give an update from their side would have been helpful to show they were interested. "
