As a single woman (recently divorced) I was treated with the utmost respect, confidentiality, and sensitively. Rachael took great care in consulting me regarding photographing my home for sale. Grahame Hopper was excellent in understanding my needs as a seller and the whole team at Hoppers behaved in a highly-commendable, professional manner. They all proactively communicated with me which allayed any concerns I may have felt and their service to me as their customer was person-centred, tailored and productive.
