"We contacted Farmer and Dyer due to seeing the property on Indeed.co.uk
They were extremely helpful and managed to arrange us a viewing in short notice.
We viewed the property 3 times before we decided to put down the deposit as we had a negative experience with a previous property we rented. They were very understanding and did not rush us and answered all questions.
They sent over all paperwork by email with all the details needed and explained everything along the way. Referencing was completed easily with no issues.
We requested the property was painted before moving in as it is an old house which was no problem at all.
Upon the move in date I met the person doing the inventory who pointed out a few things to me and where everything is such as meters and water tank etc.
Since moving in I have had a few questions about the bills which they have replied very promptly which is appreciated.
Overall a great experience. Spoken to a few people now including Judy, Holly and Louise. All very helpful!"

Their offices staff were helpful and flexible with arranging viewings and provided information on their fee's before agreeing to rent the house.
