Detached, 3 x bedroom Victorian brick property with master bedroom ensuite and large family bathroom. House was completely modernised with addition of large kitchen extension added with concertina sliding doors to patio/private walled garden. Attached garage and side alley.

"Agreed on a property value initially as market was quite buoyant, then Brexit happened and we discussed dropping the price by 50K which was agreed. Had fairly steady stream of viewers but no offers until a few months on when a sale was agreed having accepted a much lower offer than hoped. I was kept informed of the situation and felt comfortable that the agents were acting on my behalf in a professional capacity.
All the viewings on the property were done by the agents and I was given more or less regular feedback.
The property finally sold after a long period of being marketed but it was not anything to do with the Agent.

"The whole team at Coalbrook Sturrock Sandwich were very engaging in all the dealings I had with them, in fact each of the staff knew my details and followed my purchase and it's stages all the time.This was a difficult purchase as gaining the mortgage was at times very challenging and the difficulties in this went on for 7 months. They were professional and went out of their way to assist at all times even working late to ensure I had my Deed of Sale when the offer was accepted. As a first time property buyer I would say the experience went very well and would highly recommend them to others."
