"This is an outstanding and professional organisation. I honestly cannot fault the practice and support that we have had from Phoenix Estate Agents and in particular their agent Chloe. Having spent far too many months on the books of another agent with very little movement, it took just a matter of weeks before we not only had viewings but also an offer! Their advice before we marketed was very worthy and in contrast to that of the other agent. It worked! We have been kept informed at least weekly if not daily some weeks about progress with contact received by phone and email. We have now exchanged and expect to complete next week. The whole process with Phoenix was a breeze. Thank you Chloe!"

A detached bungalow in Sutton Bridge

"We were buyers from a different county and lived over 170 miles away from where we were buying and the area was completely new to us. We received a brilliant service from start to finish. Communication was excellent and very prompt. The agents, Jaimie and Chloe, provided really useful information about the area around Sutton Bridge, e.g. other towns, dog walks, GP, shops etc. We were provided with regular weekly updates on the chain we were in (we were second in a chain of five or six) by email and phone calls.

Moving day was very challenging due to the distance and time of travel (heavy delays on M25 and Dartford Tunnel) to our new home. Jaimie kept in touch through-out the day and enabled our moving company to move our belongings in our new home whilst my husband and I were driving separately to our new home.

Without their care and communication the whole buying and moving-in process would have been more stressful."

"From my initial phone call to enquire about the property, I then arranged to view meeting Chloe at the property, Chloe was warm and welcoming and I felt at ease viewing the property.
Chloe also advised about the local area and amenities it has to offer.
I decided to offer on the property and Chloe was efficient with negotiation on my behalf.

Chloe and Jamie were both very helpful with any queries I had during the purchasing of the property and I was kept up to date on any progress.

They both made me feel at ease to ask any questions or raise any concerns and once my purchase was complete I felt they were both happy for me.

I am new to this area but their warm welcome has made confident that I have made the right decision to move to this area . And I am looking forward very much to moving into my new home and exploring the local area ."

"We were very impressed with Jaimie and Chloe at Phoenix Estate Agents in Sutton Bridge when we approached them to market our property. Their presentation and professionalism was excellent. This was coupled with a genuine warmth and friendliness which immediately made it easier and less stressful. They were very informative and on the ball. They answered any queries quickly. We were, at all times, kept informed and kept in the loop, even copying us into all email communications between themselves and our Solicitor. We felt they were working for us and they couldn't have done any more towards the speedy sale progression and Completion. We say a big thank you to them both. We will keep in touch. As I am a night worker, I have limited daylight hours to deal with matters that required my attention but they understood that and liaised with my Solicitor on a weekly basis whilst keeping me up to date with all of the developments as and when they occurred.

"I cannot recommend this team highly enough, they were extremely helpful throughout the whole process, which did not go smoothly as my first buyer pulled out. "I used Phoenix to sell and buy, both experiences were very positive. They were always willing to allow me to view or contact the seller to allow tradesmen access. I was called every week with a full chain-length update and I know they were continuously chasing for progress.
They were very friendly, helpful and supportive during a time which could have been very stressful, particularly in my own circumstances, but the girls made the whole process much easier. I cannot speak more highly of both and would only use this agency, as I have on previous occasions, for any sales in the future."

"Very friendly polite members of staff. Easily contactable. Had a failed sale then went onto secure another sale, remained up beat at all times, nothing too much trouble. Small local company which is why i chose them, know the area very well, in fact a staff member lives there. Would always recommend a small local company over a large corporation any day.
