We didn't have too many viewings however the team- Ashley, james, William Ross -all were really helpful and suggested other ways of doing things to try and get more people interested. They were very good at contacting me if I rang them and Ashley was lovely. If we were selling in the future 8 would consider strongly going with British homebuyers again. In particular, Robert Love managed the sale of our property and despite initial sluggish activity secured a near-asking price offer within 4 weeks when other high street agents had failed to accomplish this over a 12 month period.

Robert and William kept us fully informed at each step of the process, and patiently answered all our questions initially as we were initially a little wary. We shouldn't have worried. "I was fairly dubious when I first contacted British Home Sellers as I had never heard of them and didn't want to make a mistake. After speaking to William however, who gave me lots of information, I decided to go ahead and my sale was passed to Alex who was also very helpful and managed to find me a buyer in 4 days. The price was a little under what I would have liked but in the current situation (my father died and it was his bungalow I was selling) and needing a fairly quick sale I accepted what was actually a very reasonable offer and well above the normal rates offered by other companies. The sale has now progressed almost to exchange of contracts in 5 weeks, which is amazing, and also down to the valiant efforts of Darcy Shea who kept in regular contact with me by email, and chased up solicitors and my buyer, and the buyer's buyers to get answers to my questions. Everything has progressed smoothly so far and this has been the easiest and least stressful house sale I have ever done. Darcy is amazing, very efficient and helpful and a pleasure to deal with. I would recommend British Home Sellers to everyone. In fact, this should really be the way forward to selling properties. They have been second to none and I can't praise them highly enough."
