When we purchased a property through them both James and Jon handled our purchase exceptionally. They responded quickly and efficiently, kept things moving along in a friendly and effective manner and stayed in contact throughout. "This was a complex and difficult purchase due to an absent freeholder. Jon Stubbs was fantastic, going well above and beyond the usual estate-agents duties. I honestly think that if Jon had not done all the extra leg work he did in helping to trace the freeholder the sale would not have gone through.
I did not feel pressured by the your Move team at any point and feel that they were thoroughly professional and helpful throughout.
Fabrice did not rush me through my viewings or put any pressure on me.
If I decide to sell the property in the future I would not hesitate to use Your Move St Albans.

"I have nothing but the highest praise for Jon Stubbs and the team at St Albans Your Move. Jon has been a total pleasure to deal with, so helpful and encouraging all the way through and totally professional. I have not had one reason to be concerned about the transaction as he made every step abundantly clear and saw through each stage logically and sympathetically. Jon was away at one crucial stage - negotiating a new price - and Glen Wilson, the Area Manager, took over the negotiations for a couple of weeks, also professionally and sympathetically, bringing the negotiations to a mutually beneficial conclusion. Also, staff answering my numerous phone calls were always very pleasant and helpful. Thank you Your Move. "I chose Your Move because they were managing the letting of my property.
I found there was no communication between the letting and selling parts of the company.

I accepted an offer from a seller who had not been properly vetted and did not have a mortgage offer although I was told she did.

"I was very impressed with the overall service and guidance from Your Move with the sale of my property. The team kept me updated weekly with the progress and feedback from viewings. I was also sent weekly information about the searches made on my property online which I found really useful.
When Your Move came to value my property they immediately filled me with confidence that they would work hard to sell my property and they did just that.
