We sold a large detached 4 / 5 bedroom house located in the village of herne. The house we purchased was a 3 bedroom detached house nearby in broomfield, which was also marketed by the same agent.

"To select our agent we visited all of the various offices in herne bay to evaluate them. We felt that Kent Estate Agents had friendly and knowledgeable staff, and a well presented office in a central location.
Communications with the agents remained excellent throughout, as they kept us informed about potential buyers and arranged and did viewings for us. Once a buyer was found, and once we had found a property to purchase, they made special efforts to assist in resolving issues from searches and surveys in order to allow us to get to exchange and completion as early as possible. It was helpful that they represented both us selling our house and the seller of the house we were buying, and were clearly motivated to ensure things progressed as smoothly as possible."
 
 
Team:
Kieron, Ashley and Elliot were all very helpful, but Mattie deserves a special mention as the main person who facilitated things leading to exchange and completion.
