"We have moved house 3 times in our area of S E, each time using a different agent (in fact changing agents to Firefly on this occasion) because of their reputation & to dissatisfaction with our other agents and Firefly are by far one of the best. They give the personal efficient touch & operate 7 days a week, including viewings. They always accompany would be buyers on viewing (not all agents do this) and following up with a verbal report. "I was very impressed from the moment I met Carol Prier of Firefly Properties. She was the one to sell my home. Any people that could buy the house were sent to view-no carpet Meadons! Carol & her team have excellent local housing knowledge & kept me up to date with the housing climate making adjustment to the sale price as necessary. The team went over & above their call of duty to sell my home by way of advice on my sale & my purchase, even sending me a new home card to my new address.
