I sold my flat and bought house through them. That sold for 201,000 house brought for 320,000.

"Sometimes had to chase agent several times. I feel that once an offer was accepted, they went off the radar, unless they saw a problem that would jeopardise their commission. They did not return phone calls. I can’t say they’re terrible because I know some agents are a lot worse. John Whiteman & Co are deceitful for example. But I see why people have a negative view of estate agency as a profession. I’d like to see some legal requirement for them to be qualified."
