"I would absolutely recommend Daniels estate agents. John was so helpful and approachable throughout the whole process. His customer service was excellent and I always felt reassured when dealing with him. He went over and above the call of duty many times making sure we as the buyers were always kept informed and he helped in any way he could. He was always professional but has a very warm friendliness too so we felt that we could ask him anything at any time. They were always efficient dealing with phone and email enquiries and always responded quickly. The whole experience was made so much easier by dealing with an estate agent that cared and valued us and we would have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending them to anyone. "I dealt with Russell Cox of Daniels Estate Agents. We were selling my 94 year old mother's house in Wembley and I live in New York, USA. Given the distance I needed a solid professional. Russell was most definitely that person (I had interviewed a couple of agencies). He gave me great confidence in his abilities and that confidence proved accurate. His advice was spot on in all areas and nothing was too much trouble. He handled everything from start to finish (including house clearance together with an auctioneer for some of my mothers more valuable belongings). I was very happy with his valuation and the house sold at that value after a reasonable time. The buyer needed time to organize his finances and Russell's thoughtful advice while he (the buyer) was getting his act together was most helpful. Living so far away, good communications was a vital piece in the puzzle and, happily, Russell excels in that department. In addition, the members of his office team were always welcoming over the telephone and in person.
Without reservation, I heartily recommend Russell Cox and his team at Daniels, Sudbury."

"I had never used an estate agent before in England. Was extreamley please with the help and service provided by the firm, especially John Buckley. I live in Canada and had to sell my elderly mother's upstairs flat and buy her a ground floor flat. Two extreamly stressful transactions, especially done long distance. John always acted professional and was there when needed. Always easy to contact with a smile in his voice. He was helpful over and above what I would have expected.

In an emotional situation where we were not local to the property, Daniels provided super support and advice. They helped arrange garden, charity and house clearance, as well as all the usual services.
