"1. Communication was poor.
2. They did not respond to important e-mails at all on 2/3 occasions even though these were sent to 55 km and the director Mike Sarson.
3. KM in particular was a poor listener.
4. We felt they were promoting what the buyers wanted rather than pressing our interests. They did not act as our agents.
5. They got our bill wrong (tired to charge too much) but never responded to the email or apologized for the mistakes."
