Fitted a new boiler.

"Excellent service completed the work as planned went above just fitting the boiler Howard also put the shelves back in the boiler cupboard in order to do so he had to refit them as the new boiler was a little larger than the old boiler. I really appreciated this as I keep a lot of stuff on these shelves.

Kept me informed about the work in a professional manner, very clean and tidy.

Fully serviced our boiler and issued a landlord gas safety certificate, and then returned on a Saturday (at no extra charge!) to address a minor issue with the boiler expansion vessel that was causing the boiler to lose pressure.

"Howard has been our reliable "go to" gas and heating engineer for a number of years now. He is incredibly friendly, honest and professional and we wouldn't trust anybody else with our plumbing and heating issues. He always communicates very quickly when issues are raised and attends as quickly as he can. I highly recommend his services."

Boiler Service.

"Howard was extremely professional and helpful. He explained everything clearly and provided some additional helpful advice. He has a friendly, charming disposition and is also competitively priced.

A work colleague recommended him to me after using him to install a new boiler and replace 5 radiators saying he was 'very trustworthy and genuine' and I have to say I was very impressed and will definitely be recommending him to others. I have had some bad experiences in the past with plumbers/ gas engineers so I am relieved to have found someone local and trustworthy.

I plan to change my boiler in the future and will definitely be using Howard to do this. 10/10 in all areas!!"

Repair and service Combi boiler with a rapid falling water pressure issue and replace a faulty thermostatic radiator valve.

"I found this plumber through another site where he was highly rated. I called him, explained the 2 repairs required and we agreed a time for his visit. He arrived punctually with his kit and assessed the work to be done and explained to me what he would do, how long it would take and the probable cost.
I was impressed that he put on shoe covers before entering my carpeted place, with the amount of kit he had with him, he was obviously very experienced, prepared, his politeness, knowledgeable assessment and the skills he demonstrated he had throughout.
Thank you Howard, I'm really happy and pleased you came and repaired my system, I'll definitely call you again. Great job!"

"It was easy to contact the Facey company via email. I received a reply within a day and we agreed on a date and time for the annual boiler service in my flat and two others. Also, the appointment was confirmed the day before work was due.
The engineer was punctual, very friendly, with an expert knowledge and thorough. He explained everything in detail and was very patient, regardless of my numerous questions."

"Howard was very professional and friendly. He knew exactly what the problem was and how to fix it. He had all the equipment necessary and worked efficiently to fix the issue.

I would throughly recommend Howard to anyone. He was reliable and very punctual. He was also very helpful answering many different questions I had whilst he was here.

Full boiler service on my Worcester Bosch boiler including repressurising the expansion vessel. A complete drain down of the system, new timer, water treatment and a fix on a radiator thermostat.

"I called Howard because he's a member of Trust Mark. He came out to diagnose the problem with my boiler. His assessment was accurate and fair and his quote was competitive.

Howard arrived on time to carry out the work to help make my boiler more efficient. A full boiler service, supply and fit a boiler timer, fixed a radiator thermostat and a central heating system water treatment. He also gave me advice on heating water economically and future optional work on the boiler.

Above all Howard is an honest, knowledgeable and experienced gas engineer. I would not hesitate in recommending his services for both plumbing and gas central heating work.

I will be hiring Howard in the future for more work on my boiler and central heating system."
