"The support I get from my regular carers is excellent, however.

I have had good caring people most of them. As a auxiliary I'm I suppose very observant to how people performed with other clients liking my job and being communicative.
 

"I think it's a very helpful service. It's proved very helpful for me to know there's someone out there for you particularly if you have no one to really care about you.

Help with personal care, when needed medication given. Support stocking put on/off. Hot drinks and meal made or prompted as necessary.
Aqueous cream applied to legs.
 

"I am Mrs. Whiteman's daughter and have filled this in on her behalf with her "help", as her dementia means she can no longer manage this sort of thing now.
Rosemary gets very confused and bewildered at times, and we have found the carers to be kind and understanding and very helpful to her. She has 4 visits a day, primarily for medication but other things as required. We couldn't manage without the help of your wonderful carers."
