Elizabeth comes at 7.30- 8.00. She helps Mr.Gray who showers himself. Elizabeth helps with his back & legs. She helps drying + dressing him.

Mrs Gray uses a stool. She washes herself top + bottom. Elizabeth washes her back and helps drying her. She washes her legs + she helps her dress.

I'm sorry to have to say the organisation leaves a lot to be denied. This is the 5th firm I have been with but these are now home near the other 4. I must emphasise that the carers are always kind and friendly.
 

"The cares are all very kind and do their best. It is better now that I can get into the shave. The timing is very difficult - I don't know what time to expect them. My scheduled time is 10 a.m but they arrive any time between 8.45- 10.45. I have repeatedly asked for an early call on sundays as I like to go to church at 9.45 but I can't depend on them being here.
