Back door lock would not work

"I used this company about a year ago & they were outstanding, so when I had a problem with another door lock, they were the only people to call.
From the initial very courteous phone call to the Engineer arriving within an hour & instantly diagnosing the problem I knew they were going to be as good as the last time & so it proved to be. I thought that this level of service & good manners had died out years ago.
Dundee Locksmiths should be very proud of themselves & like me this should be the only place to go"
