I remember this job; it was so simple that I was out of there in just a few minutes which meant that the customer felt the minimum charge was excessive.

This does happen occasionally and is unfortunate.

That's the negetive side of being very efficient!

Kingfisher quote was 1/4 of the price quoted by firms found in the phone book (I found Kingfisher in the local paper).
